FABRIC

Made with hardwearing polyester, the umbrella canopy offers 93-95% UV protection. It is suitable for protection against light showers only. It wouldn't be considered waterproof.

FRAME

The Bayview is constructed around a 38mm aluminium pole featuring a unique push-button tilt which provides effective protection from the sun at all times of the day. The pole is powder-coated charcoal which is a popular colour and creates a pleasing contrast to the natural coloured canopy. 

OPERATION

The tilt feature works by a simple push-button release. Open and close is an easy winder handle.

The Bayview is a well priced, well-made market umbrella that is very easy to operate. Instead of using the traditional rope and pulley system to open and close it, a winder handle has been used which is convenient for people who don't have the strength to pull open an umbrella. Tilting umbrellas are always popular because as the sun moves across the sky you can simply tilt the umbrella to keep the shade where you want it. Experience tells us that this is a very popular umbrella for putting through tables and enjoying the summer in comfort.

We generally hold stock of this item at our Ingleburn warehouse but if you need it urgently or are planning to visit us to pick it up, it’s best you contact us so we can ensure that we meet your requirements. If we don’t have the stock on hand we can usually get it in quite quickly.

We ship this product Australia wide with reliable couriers such as TNT. 

Once we dispatch an order, we will email you the tracking number.  This allows you to track your delivery so you know when it is going to be delivered.

We do our best to ensure your order is packaged securely and arrives safely.

PLEASE NOTE: This item cannot be shipped to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
We recommend an address that has a safe spot to leave the item or there will be someone there to sign for the delivery.

This umbrella comes with a 1 Year workmanship warranty on the frame.

The warranty is on workmanship. It does not cover umbrellas that are damaged due to wind. Polyester is not a solution-dyed fade-resistant fabric and fading is not covered under warranty.

Change of Mind

This happens and we understand. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the items to organise return. Postage for returns due to change of mind is at the buyer’s expense. The items will be inspected upon return (refer to Refund note below).

It doesn’t fit

Contact us to arrange return for a refund or exchange. Postage for returns due to incorrect fit is at the buyer’s expense The items will be inspected upon return (refer to Refund note below).

Colour’s not right

Contact us and we’ll arrange to get it back. We’ll swap it over for the correct colour or refund you. Postage for returns due to incorrect colour is at the buyer’s expense. The items will be inspected upon return (refer to Refund note below).

The item arrives damaged

If possible, reject the delivery if the items are visibly damaged. Otherwise, contact us asap and we’ll arrange collection of the items and redelivery of a replacement.  

We sent you the wrong item

Our sincerest apologies for this rare occurrence. We’ll arrange to pick it up at our cost and send you the correct item ASAP.

The item is faulty

This is a very frustrating experience, and your satisfaction is our priority. Contact us asap and we’ll arrange collection of the items and promptly organise repair, replacement, or refund of the item.

Important Points when returning items:

  • Refunds - all items are inspected upon return, and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in case the item is damaged in some way. If it’s in a resalable condition, we’ll refund you the full price less the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, the restocking fee is the cost of making the item “as new” again (e.g., re-boxing the item).
  • Our refund policy extends for 30 days of receiving the item. You must notify us within this time if you plan to return the goods.
  • Our returns policy extends to all items we sell except for:
    • Cut lengths of fabric;
    • Custom-made items such as shade-sails;
    • Made-to-order items such as umbrellas;
    • Custom branded items such as market umbrellas.
  • Ex-demonstration, second-hand, or damaged stock are not covered under this Returns Policy.
  • This policy does not supersede any rights you are entitled to under legislation.
