Memo: Customer and Visitor Register
To our valued Customers & Visitors,
To assist in complying with our Business’ COVID Safe Plan, we respectfully ask that you refrain from entering the premise if you:
Have presented with flu-like symptoms (or a related illness) in the last 72 hours including but not limited to cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue, loss of sense of taste or smell, or shortness of breath;
Have been in contact with someone who tested positive to COVID-19 virus within the past two weeks;
Have been directed to self-isolate for a period which includes the day of visit; or
Have been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting results.
If you do meet any of the above criteria, we ask that you inform Shade Australia Management prior to visiting us so we can make alternative arrangements.
While on premise we do ask that you:
Complete the register at our front desk;
Maintain social distancing
Practice good personal hygiene; and
Download the COVID Safe App.

Showroom: We have most items on display at our warehouse showroom. Customers are welcome to visit during normal business hours to inspect products. If you are wanting to see a specific item, we recommend you contact us before visiting to ensure we have it available.
This is us from above. Entry is via Norwich Road. Come along Lancaster Street and then turn into Norwich Road and we are the warehouse on the corner. Drive in and park near the umbrellas. Walk to the showroom and someone will be there to help you.

Are you open on the weekend?
From October - December we are open Saturday Mornings 9am-1-pm.
If you want to come and inspect one of our umbrellas but can't make it during the week, just give us a call or send us an email here and we will confirm the details.
I need some advice on how to install my new shade. Who should I contact?
Just give us a call on 1800 155 233 and we'll do our best to answer your questions. Alternatively use the General Enquiries email above and we'll forward your enquiry through to the best person to answer it.
I need someone to install my shade for me, what should I do?
We have a number of installers we use in Sydney and other capital cities and we'd be happy to put you in touch with them. Just give us a call and tell us what you need.
Where can I see your products?
We have a showroom at Ingleburn in SW Sydney. Often times we've had our product installed in commercial situations in other areas and can direct you to visit a specific location. We never give out information about residential customers.
Can buy something on your website and get it delivered?
Sure. Once you place your order you get a tracking link which enables you to follow the progress of your item from us to you. We ship Australia Wide.
Can you ship overseas?
The answer is usually Yes. Over the years we've shipped umbrellas and other items to the US, Fiji, New Zealand, The UK, Romaina,Cook Islands, Hawaii, Boreno, Thailand and yes, even China. The first step to shipping goods to overseas customers is for you to contact us so that we can work out the best way to ship the goods to you.
