This product includes a 1 Year manufacturer's warranty on the frame.
The warranty is on workmanship. It does not cover umbrellas that are damaged due to wind.
Polyester is not a solution-dyed fade-resistant fabric and fading is not covered under warranty.
We generally hold stock of this item at our Ingleburn warehouse but if you need it urgently or are planning to visit us to pick it up, it’s best you contact us so we can ensure that we meet your requirements. If we don’t have the stock on hand we can usually get it in quite quickly.
We ship this product Australia wide with reliable couriers such as TNT.

This umbrella is designed for a domestic installations. If you want a brightly coloured umbrella suitable for the rigours of a commercial installation look at the Sunranger Cafe Series.
The Rio canopy is of heavy duty Polyester which is not colour fast. Accordingly, we strongly recommend you purchase a Centrepost Protection Cover for when the umbrella is not in use.
