The Veneto umbrella is very easy to operate. It is a simple rope and pulley system. Before opening, you need to push the short arms out from the centre post. This will free the canopy to be raised by pulling up the rope.

This product includes a 1 Year manufacturer's warranty on the frame.
The warranty is on workmanship. It does not cover umbrellas that are damaged due to wind.
Polyester is not a solution-dyed fade-resistant fabric and fading is not covered under warranty.
