Bound to be an instant classic, the Resort is the newest addition to the Sunhaven range and boasts an impressive line-up of features. The marine-grade aluminium frame of the Resort is available in two colours and features heavy-duty construction with the classic 360° rotation that makes cantilevers so versatile. It also features an adjustable vertical tilt without internal moving parts and a 60 km/h wind rating*- this makes it a more resilient cantilever option and especially preferable for commercial cantilever umbrella installations across Australia.

For refreshing and reliable shade, the Sunhaven Resort outdoor umbrella features a colourfast SunNova Acrylic solution-dyed canopy, which means the colour runs all the way to the core of the acrylic threads, making it impervious to fading. It also boasts a UPF50+ rating, the highest level of sun protection available, and an outstanding 4-year fade-resistant warranty.

*While this umbrella has passed a wind rating test of 60km/h, this is more suitably used as a comparative guide on the strength of the umbrella. It is not suggested to leave this umbrella open in winds up to 60km/h. This is because the wind tunnel test is done with a consistent, even wind coming from an optimal direction. Windy conditions are not this consistent; they are unpredictable and gusty. All cantilever umbrellas should be collapsed in breezy conditions. Wind damage is NOT covered by warranty.

INSTALLATION

The Sunhaven Resort can be installed with either an inground or bolt down base.


Bolt Down Baseplate (Silver or charcoal to match frame)	Inground Base
Hot-dip galvanised baseplate for optimum rust-resistance finished in anodised silver or charcoal powdercoat to match the umbrella frame. Measures 180x180x10mm and requires 4 x M12 anchor bolts to be secured to a 100mm thick reinforced concrete slab.	Hot-dip galvanised inground base specific to the Sunhaven. Dimensions are 13.5 x 13.5 x 0.6mm

WARRANTY

This product comes with a 2 year workmanship warranty on the frame and a 4 Year fade resistant warranty on the fabric.

Shade Australia warrants this umbrella to be free of manufacturing faults and defects to the original purchaser. Warranty covers the umbrella for use in normal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wind, or misuse. Should a warranty claim be made it is the responsibility of the customer to get the umbrella back to us or a repair depot which we designate. The condition of the umbrella will be assessed and if it is a legitimate warranty claim, we will carry out the repairs at our cost and return the umbrella to you at our cost.

Warranty does not cover any of the following:
Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly
Damage caused by wind
Damage caused by external events such as tree branches
Warranty is voided if any alterations or unauthorised repairs are made to the umbrella
Normal wear and tear
Warranty is only extended to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase will be required
to execute a warranty claim
Natural events such as rain, wind, flood or fire
Lack of routine maintenance will void warranty (e.g., if bolts are not regularly
retightened)
