Brief Description:
'Sundance' Standard Size Shade Sails
Made by highly experienced shade sail makers to exacting quality standards, our range of Sundance shade sails combine quality with value. Sails are manufactured using commercial grade premium shade cloth up to 99% UV protection depending on colour. Hems are double stitched and threaded with stainless steel wire. Each corner is reinforced with extra fabric and UV stabilised webbing. Corners have stainless steel 'ezi slide' corners for attaching the sail.
Note: we recommend you purchase an 8mm Bow shackle for each corner in addition to turnbuckles and any other stainless hardware you may require.
Each sail is made on a standard template ensuring accuracy of size. All cutting and stitching is done by hand on heavy industrial equipment. A unique feature of these sails is the continuous wire rope which goes around the entire sail. Once the sail is in position the wire is locked-off and then tensioned. Tension is evenly spread along the wire rope, not on the fabric.
Rainbow Shade Z16 fabric has been tried and tested throughout Australia, New Zealand and many other countries over the past 18 years in projects large and small.
